Terrible shipping/packaging hat was crushed and not to mention, very cheap looking hat with bad embroidery

We sincerely apologize for the damage your shipment experienced during transit. Our customer service team made multiple attempts to address this issue promptly. As outlined in our policy, “Any GHOST product that is delivered defective may be returned to our store for a full refund or replacement, subject to availability.” To streamline the process and enhance your experience, we requested a photo of the damaged hat rather than asking you to return it. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response or the requested photo. Please let us know how we can assist you further. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

I just ordered a cap from you guys not too long ago. It was possibly a week ago. And the product that I received was not as depicted. The hat was dirty slightly due to it just being thrown inside of the box. No plastic cover over the hat to protect it from rubbing against the inside of the box. Also, the hat was slightly smushed. Other than that beautiful design it was a dud of an presentation.
