Shipping and Returns/Exchanges

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item back by following the instructions listed in return policy.

For domestic orders, please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. 

GHOST does NOT offer International Shipping at this time.

Lost or Stolen Package

As noted above, GHOST is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact info@ghostessentials.com.
